More information about Cast tickets

Formed in 1992 from the ashes of The La’s and Shack, Cast have become one of the most celebrated guitar bands in the UK with ten top 10 singles.
Their debut record ‘All Change’ became the biggest selling debut album of all time for Polydor Records. Shooting to number 7 in the UK charts, the album was a double platinum hit featuring singles like ‘Sandstorm’, ‘Walkaway’ and ‘Flying’. The band went on to release three more albums -  Mother Nature Calls in 1997, Magic Hour in 1999 and Beetroot in 2001 before disbanding for a decade.

They returned in  2012, to work with their original producer John Leckie (The Verve, Stone Roses, Radiohead, The Fall) for their fifth album ‘Troubled Times’.  The album reinvigorated their fan base until founding member Pete Wilkinson decided to leave in 2013.
At the end of 2015 Cast celebrated the 20th anniversary of their classic album 'All Change’, with two sold out shows at the historic Liverpool Philharmonic Hall where they played the record in it’s entirety accompanied by the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra.

In 2017 Cast independently released 'Kicking Up The Dust’ recorded at The Motor Museum in Liverpool and was produced by resident studio legend - Alistair Groves. This was followed in 2024 by their seventh album ‘Love Is The Call’ recorded in Granada with legendary producer Youth Martin (Killing Joke, U2, Shed Seven) at Space Mountain Studios. The album was received to critical acclaim and saw them secure support slots with Liam Gallagher on his upcoming Definitely Maybe Tour in June 2024.

Cast have often been publicly cited by both Gallagher brothers as inspirations to Oasis, with Noel Gallagher once describing Cast play live as “a religious experience.”
Cast are now managed by Creation’s Alan McGee and are planning more records and live tours together for their 2024/2025 calendar.
